& Skill Development

​We carefully listen to our clients needs and offer specialized learning, training and development opportunities in both group and one-on-one skill development coaching sessions. Our goal is to increase organizational capabilities by enhancing the effectiveness of individuals, teams and leaders. We do this by providing them with exceptional training experiences that include a variety of options for follow-up, integration into their work world, reinforcement, and evaluation.

 

In addition, several of our consultants are certified in MBTI, Hogan, DiSC, and all Center for Creative Leadership product offerings to apply to individual and team workshops.

The sampling of group workshops below varies from half-day sessions to two full-day sessions. These can often be broken up and offered in half-day segments to meet the time consideration needs of our clients. In addition, each module can be customized to one-on-one, personalized, coaching sessions.
